Do I have to be present while my home is being cleaning?
No, you do not have to be home as long as your cleaner has proper directions on how to enter and exit the house. If you have any sort of alarm system in place, please make sure it is disarmed prior to your appointment or provide a code to a a manager whichever you're more comfortable doing.
Will the same cleaner show up for all my appointments?
If you are happy with the cleaner you had we would be happy to send them to all of your appointments upon request. Please contact us ahead or include it in your booking instructions.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept cash and certified bank check. As well as Venmo and Zelle. We can provide you a receipt/invoice for your records upon request.

Are we insured?
Yes, Corner To Corner is fully insured. We hold both general liability insurance and workers compensation.
We require at least 24 hour notice upon canceling. There is no cancellation fee if requested within this timeframe. If cancelation request is received in less than 24 hours from appointment, there will be a fee of 50% of service cost....but we really don't want to charge you a fee, we will work with you. WE JUST WANT CLEAN YOUR HOME.
How do we handle Covid?
All our staff follow CDC guidelines and regulations. We also offer special deep intensive cleaning package to help fight infected homes.
Types of Cleaning products used
All of our products are CDC and EPA approved. They are all eco, pet, and baby friendly.
Is Tipping required?
No, it is not mandatory or required but you have the option to do so if you believe you received an extraordinary service. Any and all tips are greatly appreciated in advance from our staff. Our staff keeps 100% of all tips.
How long does the cleaning take?
The average home takes about 1-2 hours depending on the size and frequency in between cleanings. Initial and Deep cleaning can sometimes take double the time depending on the home.
Appointment time/window for arrival
We will provide an appointment range. Staff does their best to stick to that window but as well all know unexpected delays could occur. For this reason, we recommend allowing for 30-60 minute grace period before arrival.
You can absolutely reschedule if needed. We want to make this a very easy and smooth experience for you so we try to be as flexible as possible.
Are you a pet friendly cleaning service?
YES! WE LOVE PETS AND WE ARE PET OWNERS TOO! Please just advise us of any pets on the premises when booking your appointment. All our cleaners are used to being around domestic pets. We do recommend if your pet is very energetic/anxious around strangers it might be easier to section them off in a separate space or wherever you feel is best.
When am I charged?
You will see a charge for 50% of your service cost within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment date. The remaining 50% will be charged the day of the service. If you decide to add on any additional services on the day of your appointment, you will see that charge also on the same day. If you choose to add a tip on your card, it will be charged on the day of your appointment.
How do I feel comfortable with your cleaner in my home?
We perform a full background check on all our staff. All staff are documented workers and have proper IRS and DOL standing. Your home safety and piece of mind is our number 1 priority!
Does the customer need to provide cleaning supplies/equipment?
No, our staff is fully stocked with the proper equipment and products for cleaning all surfaces. We got it all taken care of!
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on services booked biweekly. We also offer a 25% discount on services booked weekly. We recommend taking advantage of our
"All Inclusive Corner to Corner Package."

What do we not clean?
We do not offer deep carpet or upholstery cleanings. We also do not offer cleaning exterior parts of your home such as the roof, siding, gutters, stove top exhaust fans, personal laundry, heavy/oversized furniture. We will do our best to get underneath large furniture but we do not physically move items unless they are on easy to move furniture sliders. All appointments are subject to a pre cleaning inspection to verify information provided.
